Sarita-Linda Rocco, CSYT 700, SA, RYT® 500, RCYT®
Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner
My greatest joy is teaching and practicing awareness, compassion, and healthy aging through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda. I'm a dedicated lifelong student since 1991 and continue to learn and share cutting edge practices that deliver reliable results.
My classes are comprehensive and accessible to all levels. I teach classical yoga with props that enhance strength, balance, and maximum effect in minimum time. Expect to gain body symmetry and inner openings that result in a calmer, focused mind, easier breathing, and improved overall vibrancy. I love yoga philosophy and healthy lifestyle habits, so you’re guaranteed to hear inspiring contemplations and healthy habit tips as well. It’s a full body, mind, and spirit experience.

Learning excites me. I’m always reading a book about, taking courses on, or learning something new about yoga. I’m officially a self-proclaimed yoga nerd. Yoga is my dharma (life's mission). I want to hold space for and share this practice with anyone that wants to join me on this journey. Yoga has changed my life for the better and sparked the fire that set me on a path to fulfill my life’s purpose. I want to share my interpretation of yoga with you and the world.

There comes a point in your life when you can no longer ignore the call to personal growth. Early retirement has finally allowed me time to focus on myself. I am now doing what I love to do, which is nurture the inner child of adults. Join me in my classes and experience the good medicine of coming into your inner sanctuary and finding yourself again, through the power of breath, positive affirmations, and somatic movement. Life is good. Life is abundant. And I am grateful.
