Tamra Fisher

Hi and welcome. I am Tamra Fisher. I am a yoga educator that is dedicated to my professional education and development as a yoga student and as a teacher.  


I am certified as an E-RYT500, YACEP, and RCYT and currently working on becoming a C-IAYT (yoga therapist).  


I fell in love with yoga during college and I have been practicing ever since. I love the community of students at The Nest Collaborative and I am so grateful to be part of such a gem in West Reading. 

One of my students once told me that coming to my classes feels like doing yoga with your best friends! That was the best compliment I ever received. My mission and passion are to share yoga in an accessible way. In my classes we have fun, we get to know each other, and we explore yoga and ourselves- body, mind, and spirit.  All levels are welcome, including beginners!

Tamra's Classes


60 minutes, $16/class

This class focuses on alignment and breath-linked movement. Explore your mind, breath, and body as you cultivate strength, flexibility, and relaxation through asana. This class is suitable for all levels. 

Monday 6:30 pm, Sunday 9:30 am, Thursday 9:00 am, Friday 9:00 am (1st & 3rd)



60 minutes, $16/class

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga that focuses on stretching and lengthening the connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. It's a great way to de-stress and relax the body and mind. It's also great for increasing flexibility and improving joint mobility. It's suitable for all levels. Students can expect to hold poses for a few minutes.

Wednesday 6:45 pm



90 minutes, $30/class

Join Tamra for this special monthly class that combines the peaceful relaxation of restorative yoga with the healing benefits of Reiki. Bask in the glow of candlelight while nourishing your body and soul.

Thursdays monthly 6:00-7:30pm



60 minute class and 30 minute social, $20/class

Join Tamra for this special monthly class held on West Reading's 2nd Fridays. Unwind and recharge from your week with an all-levels yoga class. Enjoy a fun-filled yoga class followed by a monthly signature mocktail. Relax and connect with others in the wellness community.
