Afternoon Retreat

You are invited to set an afternoon aside just for you. Clear your calendar and step into a space of quiet restoration, reflection, and creativity.

Please plan to arrive and settle into The Nest around 12:45 pm. We will gather in our opening circle at 1:00 pm for introductions and a gentle orientation to the afternoon. A reflective reading will be offered, followed by a brief meditation to help us arrive fully. From there, you are invited to follow your own inspiration—exploring the available creative and contemplative resources, including art supplies provided for your use throughout the afternoon.

We will come together again for a closing circle at 3:45 pm. Light snacks will be provided. You are encouraged to bring a journal and, most of all, your intention to be fully present.
