OPEN STUDIO for personal practice
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm with Ash Oak
What to Expect
Shared Practice Space with Ash Join Ash during her personal daily practice in this open, self-led studio time. There will be no formal instruction or music—just a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, reflect, or simply be. You're welcome to follow your own rhythm, tune into your body, and create the practice you need. Feel free to bring headphones if you'd like to move with music. A curated Spotify playlist will also be posted in the studio if you’d like to sync up with Ash’s vibe—or you can enjoy your own mix. Props are available for your use—please handle them with care and return them neatly. We ask everyone to honor a focused, inward atmosphere. This is a time for personal connection, not observation, so please respect each other’s space and energy by keeping wandering eyes to a minimum. You’re also welcome to bring a journal, a quiet craft, or a calming book. Once you settle into your space, please remain mindful of your volume and presence, allowing others to do the same. Bring your own mat or rent one from the studio for $2. This is your time—slow down, drop in, and explore your practice, your way.
