🌿 Release & Nourish Yoga

Slow, supported yoga that is deeply grounding and restorative. Release & Nourish Yoga focuses on downshifting the nervous system, releasing long-held tension, and restoring ease in the body. Classes move at a slower pace and use support to help you feel safe, comfortable, and at home in your body.

This style of yoga is ideal if you:

  • Are new to yoga

  • Are managing pain, injury, or chronic tension

  • Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or depleted

  • Want a gentle and powerful practice

 

🌿Classes may include: Svaroopa® Yoga, Basic Yoga, Deep Release, Slow the (F)ast Down, Reiki Yoga & Yoga for Recovery

🔥 Flow & Strength Yoga

Breath-led yoga that builds strength, mobility, and confidence. Flow & Strength Yoga emphasizes steady, mindful movement coordinated with breath. These classes help you build functional strength, improve mobility, and feel more resilient in your body- without losing the grounding essence of yoga.

This style of yoga is ideal if you:

  • Want to move and feel energized

  • Enjoy flowing sequences

  • Are building strength and stability

  • Appreciate options and adaptability within movement

 

🔥Classes may include: Mindful Flow, Mindful Yoga, Strength & Mobility Flow, TYIF (Thank Yoga It’s Friday), Core Yoga & Pilates (Hybrid)
 

🧘 Meditative Yoga

Gentle yoga practices that bridge movement and meditation. Meditative Yoga invites you to slow down and listen inward. These practices gently weave movement, breath, and stillness to support focus, awareness, and inner calm. They are accessible, grounding, and deeply nourishing for the mind.

This style of yoga is ideal if you:

  • Are seeking calm and clarity

  • Are curious about meditation but prefer gentle movement

  • Want to deepen awareness and presence

  • Enjoy quieter, more introspective practices

🧘🏽Classes may include: Meditate into Movement, Moving into Meditation, Qigong
