Goddess Gathering

Goddess Gatherings are monthly women’s circles devoted to nurturing women’s health and wholeness—mind, body, and spirit—through sacred connection, shared wisdom, and embodied practice. Our January gathering explores Tantric self-care and pleasure, beginning with a gentle somatic yoga and movement practice designed to release stored emotions, awaken vital energy, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety and ease in the body. Together we’ll explore daily self-care and pleasure rituals that enhance quality of life and reconnect you with joy as your natural birthright. The evening closes with a guided meditation to activate the Divine Feminine and awaken the Goddess within, and then a yummy treat to enjoy!
