Sound Bath

An intentional healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and bring you back into harmony with yourself. This deeply restorative session weaves crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, chimes, wave drum, frame drum, and mantra/humming practices into a soundscape that supports profound relaxation and energetic reset. Each month features a unique theme that reflects the season and the collective energy of our community. You’ll begin by settling into supportive props, moving through gentle breath and a brief guided meditation, and then resting as waves of vibration wash through you. The sound does the work—your body simply receives.
