Community Art Project
especially for our Nest Collaborators 😃
What to Expect
Join us for a collaborative painting experience centered around creativity, connection, authenticity, and collective care. Together, participants will paint on a large fabric mural featuring a meaningful phrase inspired by the mission of The Nest. Within large bubble lettering, each collaborator will contribute abstract or representational imagery reflecting their unique offerings and the energy they bring to the community through practices such as yoga, meditation, sound bathing, fitness, and manifesting. A reflective theme woven throughout the workshop will explore burnout and the importance of remaining authentic to ourselves and others within the work we do. Trauma, loss, stress, and other unprocessed experiences can quietly weigh us down over time, impacting our well-being and sense of balance. Through collaborative art-making, participants are invited to reconnect with creativity, intention, and community as a way to acknowledge, process, and restore. This experience is designed to celebrate the healing power of creativity, shared expression, and human connection.
