3 Day Wellness Workshop on Trauma, Loss, & Stress COPE is a research-based educational wellness program that defines trauma, loss, and stress and their impact on the mind, body, and spirit. This program shares effective ways to cope through self-care practices. This is a 3-day workshop, each session is 3 hrs long, and includes a presentation & hands-on art making experience. Being an artist is not required. The concepts learned through COPE become tools not only for a crisis, but to work through past experiences, cope with everyday stressors, and build resiliency to withstand future challenges.
