What to Expect
This class focuses on strengthening and relaxing our "power center" through Pilates and Yoga postures and flowing Somatic movements. April offers modifications for all-levels and encourages students to honor their bodies' innate wisdom. This is the class for you if you wish to feel calmer and stronger in all ways-mind, body and spirit. Fee: $15 drop-in cash, venmo, paypal, or cash app accepted Weekly Mondays 6:15pm-7:15pm About April April is passionate about sharing holistic wellness practices that support healing, balance, and vitality. She loves preparing and enjoying gluten-free, plant-based, organic whole foods that nourish the body from the inside out. When she’s not teaching or practicing, April enjoys playing guitar and singing, biking, hiking, skiing, and exploring all forms of yoga and massage.
