Get ready to ROCK!! Join Sharon for a one hour Pound class! Pound takes Pilates, cardio, and lightly weighted drum sticks (Rip Stix) to simulate drumming while we loudly rock out to songs which are each carefully choreographed to give you the BEST full body workout! Pound is perfect for everybody and every body. It also gives us a neuromuscular workout by mixing sound and movement! Get ready to release any aggression, have fun, laugh and BECOME the music!
