WellBeing West Reading

Come as you are and stay for as little or as long as you’d like. Throughout the day, you’ll have opportunities to experience short, accessible demonstrations and mini practices offered by Nest collaborators, including movement, yoga, Qigong, meditation, sound and more. No experience is necessary. This is a day to be curious, explore and perhaps discover something you’ve never tried before. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet local wellness and community partners, enjoy light refreshments, enter our special raffles, shop Nest merchandise and take advantage of a one-day Wellness Passport special.
