What to Expect

I am so excited to begin offering monthly women’s circles called 💫 Goddess Gatherings 💫 These gatherings are sacred spaces where women come together in circle to explore practices that support women’s well-being in every dimension—mind, body, energy, and spirit. Each month we will focus on a different theme related to women’s health, healing, and empowerment. Together we will share space, inspire one another, and experience the deep nourishment that arises when women gather in community. Each circle will include a gentle somatic yoga practice followed by guided meditation and reflection, creating an environment where we can slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with ourselves and one another. This gathering is open to women ages 16 and up and is welcoming to all levels. ✨ Herbal tea and homemade raw, vegan, gluten-free cacao bliss balls will be offered as a sweet closing to our time together. Time: 6:00–7:30 PM Investment: $30 pre-paid to reserve your space $40 day-of drop-in (space permitting) Venmo: April-Showman Please note: No refunds, but your registration may be transferred to the next gathering if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
