What to Expect

We will focus on various topics related to women’s health in all ways-mind, body and spirit. I invite all women who wish to share sacred space where we may inspire and heal from being in circle, learning and growing from one another. The January gathering will focus on Tantric self care/pleasure. I will guide us in a Somatic Yoga/movement practice to help release stuck emotions and trauma from your subtle and physical body. This is a very powerful practice to awaken vital energy and to feel more grounded, safe and comfortable in our bodies. We will discuss daily habits of self care/pleasure to enhance your quality of life and to experience the wellspring of joy which is your birthright as a woman. I will lead us through a guided meditation to activate the Divine Feminine and awaken the Goddess within.🧚🏼‍♂️🧖🏼‍♀️✨ Herbal tea and raw/vegan/gf cacao bliss balls will be offered.😋🫖 Monthly on The Second Saturday $30 pre-paid & registered to reserve your space.
