What to Expect

Mindful Movement is an all-levels class designed to help you connect your mind, body, and breath through intentional, flowing movement. Co-taught on a rotating schedule, this class blends mindful pacing with opportunities to build strength, explore challenges, and find ease within the flow. Each week offers a steady, cohesive experience rooted in awareness and presence, inviting you to move with purpose and tune into what your body needs. Thursdays 10-11am, $15 per class About Megan Yoga has been a meaningful part of my life for nearly 15 years. I recently obtained my 200 hour Awakened Heart certification right here at The Nest! As a newly certified teacher, I’m passionate about creating classes that feel supportive, empowering and fun. I love exploring how movement can build strength, focus, and resilience, and I enjoy encouraging students to gently challenge themselves. My hope is that each student leaves class feeling grounded, connected, and more at home in their body. About Morgan Morgan found a love of yoga long before she knew she needed it. As a recent graduate of The Nest’s 200 YTT program, she brings her love of yoga with a passion for helping others find ways to center and ground themselves through mindful movements. In her classes you will leave feeling refreshed and more aware of your body, celebrating the impact of showing up and learning how you can integrate yoga into every aspect of your life.
