What to Expect
Mindful Movement is an all-levels class designed to help you connect your mind, body, and breath through intentional, flowing movement. Co-taught on a rotating schedule, this class blends mindful pacing with opportunities to build strength, explore challenges, and find ease within the flow. Each week offers a steady, cohesive experience rooted in awareness and presence, inviting you to move with purpose and tune into what your body needs. Thursdays 10-11am, $15 per class About Megan Yoga has been a meaningful part of my life for nearly 15 years. I recently obtained my 200 hour Awakened Heart certification right here at The Nest! As a newly certified teacher, I’m passionate about creating classes that feel supportive, empowering and fun. I love exploring how movement can build strength, focus, and resilience, and I enjoy encouraging students to gently challenge themselves. My hope is that each student leaves class feeling grounded, connected, and more at home in their body.
