We are so excited to now offer April Showman's monthly women circles called the "The💫"Goddess Gatherings"

These gatherings are monthly women circles that focus on various practices related to women’s health in all ways-mind, body, energy and spirit. I invite all women who wish to share sacred space where we may inspire and heal from being in circle, sharing a gentle, somatic yoga practice followed by a guided meditation. This is open to all-levels and women ages 16 and older 🧚🏼‍♂️🧖🏼‍♀️✨ Herbal tea and raw/vegan/gf cacao bliss balls will be offered.😋🫖
