What to expect:
In this unique class, we journey through the five great elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—awakening their presence within us. Michele gently guides you to embody each element through mindful movement, breath, and awareness practices that invite balance and connection. Along the way, you may also experience simple self-marma therapy techniques—gentle pressure points that support healing and inner flow. Through this exploration, you may discover: ~the safety and stability of groundedness (earth) ~the ease of flowing with life’s changes (water) ~the spark that inspires movement and transformation (fire) ~the openness of breath and inspiration (air) ~the spaciousness that brings clarity and freedom (space) Elemental Yoga is an invitation to return home to the natural rhythms within you, leaving class feeling rooted, refreshed, and inspired. Friday Mornings 8:00am-9:15am Fee: $20 Michele Nierle is a lifelong student of yoga, healing, and conscious living. With a background in yoga, sound healing and holistic wellness, she brings a grounded yet creative approach to her teaching. Michele guides students with compassion and curiosity, weaving together yoga, breath, and subtle healing practices such as self-marma therapy to support balance, connection, and transformation both on and off the mat.
