Presence Practice is a guided experience in slowing down and tuning in. Using techniques like breathwork, guided meditation, and body awareness, you’ll discover how to shift out of stress mode and into a calmer, more centered state. Our Empowerment Group is a supportive circle for reflection, connection, and growth. Together, we explore themes of self-care, boundary-setting, and purpose, using simple practices and meaningful conversation. This group is a space to be seen and heard, to share your experiences, and to gain insight and confidence as you navigate your personal and professional life.

A Sound Bath is an immersive experience of deep rest and renewal. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion, soothing sound vibrations wash over the body and calm the mind. You’ll simply lie back and receive, allowing the resonance to release tension, balance your energy, and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished.
