Moving Into Meditation
Tuesdays 7-8pm with Ash Oak
What to Expect
A grounding and nourishing experience, this class blends gentle, intentional movement with mindful awareness to cultivate harmony in both body and mind. We begin with a slow sequence of flowing postures designed to release tension, improve circulation, and center the nervous system. The movements are simple yet powerful—anchoring you in the present moment and preparing you for stillness. Each week, we’ll explore a unique theme inspired by the changing seasons, current energies, or social rhythms around us. These themes guide our movement and our inner focus, creating space for personal reflection and insight. Music playlists are thoughtfully curated to enhance the journey—offering a soundscape that aligns with the week’s intention. We’ll gradually move from motion into meditation, giving the body a chance to settle and the mind a chance to soften. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, you'll leave feeling more connected, balanced, and refreshed. Open to all levels. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring a yoga mat.
